This file is intended as an aftercare file for those who have listened to "I Think Therefore You Won't". It provides gentle aftercare, and allows you to decide whether you want the triggers and suggestions removed. Script is provided below in case you want to know what the file mentions. File script: Hi there, thank you so much for listening to my file. I appreciate the time spent on it, and I hope you had a good time! I want you to understand that regardless of how all the things I said made you feel, you are appreciated, for your thoughts, your personality, and for who you are. You’re worth being you, and you do not need someone else to create value for you. Whatever you’re doing in life, it’s meaningful and it matters. You are more than just a teacher’s pet, more than just a mindless creature. You’re valuable beyond all that, and that’s why I appreciate getting this time from you. Your time matters to me and I really hope you feel good about yourself, that you feel valued for who you are, because I do value you. Now, if you were only looking for that aftercare, you can click out now, but if you wanted to get rid of the suggestions, keep listening. Now, there’s pretty much two things strongly suggested in the file, one of them being a trigger. The first thing is that someone talking to you like in the file makes you feel similarly weak, trancy and submissive. I want you to understand that that is a choice you can make, at any time. If you like this feeling, and don’t want it to go, you can leave it as is, but otherwise I want you to imagine that suggestion like a little flower in your head, something that isn’t rooted in anything, but in a separate little pot. A pot you can easily take, and remove from your mind. And so, if you want to, you can just remove it now. Feel that removing it softens, removes, distances that feeling from you. It’s no longer naturally part of you, it’s clearly an outside thing, something you can ignore, resist, like everything else in life. It’s no longer an inherent part of you. Similarly, there was a trigger. I will say it in a minute, but not with the intent of triggering you. I will say it to make it clear that the trigger is no longer part of you, that you can hear it without it triggering you. For now, repeat the following part for yourself. I am my own person. I am in control of my feelings. The trigger I want gone, does not impact me. Does not affect me. Does not have control over me. I am my own person. I can hear the words “let us have a little lecture”, and they do not affect me. Now, if you could tell that the trigger did nothing for you, congratulations, you can click off this recording now. If it’s still impacted you there, I will put you in a light trance now with the intent to more deeply remove the trigger, and the overall suggestion of following along with a lecturing. We’ll do some simple relaxation exercise together, where I will suggest to follow my voice and listen to it, and then I will then use similar imagery from before, with the flower in the pot, to more thoroughly remove both the trigger and the suggestion. Alright, if you’re ready, just listen to my voice, and pay close attention to your own relaxation. We’ll link those two together, as listening to someone can be very relaxing. Imagine it like listening to a story, how it can take you to wonderful places, and that’s exactly what we’re doing here now. You’re simply listening to me telling a story of your mind, of your body, and how they relax. How they let go, how they can just feel themselves be ready, open, to remove the things we don’t want from your head. A story that tells us about how the tension fades out of you, how you feel less and less thoughts passing through your head, how you feel calmer, more relaxed, more peaceful. And as you feel that calm, I want you to imagine how we journey into your head, into a little garden there, where there’s two little flowerpots. One for each suggestion. We first take the flowerpot with the trigger. We witness it, we see that the feeling is inherently attached to that flower. That moving that flower, moves that feeling. And then, you hand that flowerpot to me, and with it, I walk out of your mind. And as you see me walk out of your mind, you feel that feeling go along with it, all the things that you would feel that are attached to the words “let us have a little lecture”, follow me, out of your mind. They disappear, and you no longer feel that feeling. When I then come back emptyhanded, flowerpot clearly gone, that feeling remains gone, even when I say “let us have a little lecture”. It simply is not there. Then, you can hand me the second flowerpot. You once again, would feel how those feelings are attached to it, the feelings that make you go along more with a lecture like the one in the file. And as you hand it to me, and I walk out of your mind, it fades too. It disappears, and that space for making decisions is completely reclaimed by your own mind. And like that, we near the end of our story, and we go over how your thoughts start reappearing more, how your body becomes more present once more. How awareness floods you once more, being awake is part of you again, and you feel free to think, feel, act, whatever, really. Everything is back to you, and you feel like you’re fully aware and awake once more. Once again, thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my file. I hope you feel valued, respected and in a great place overall. This is the end of the recording, thank you for listening!
