You hired her because of some good references. She seemed ok for the job, and in the beginning she was a good secretary. She was smart, quick, and always knew what you needed. Even knew that coffee was your favorite. But lately she's been slipping. She's constantly coming to work late and making excuses, and it's getting ridiculous.
