I thought I knew you. but you sugomeed me I never did that to you. It's just never going to come to terms for its denial!! Other states have that same rule if you remember what we discussed!! We met for lunch that day and talked about it over and over so it never went into encasing for the better. Thumbs up to that thought!!! The other guy thought it was a great idea for the performance of intermittent procedural policies. It has to be done accurate I guess they'll see it.
