This is a purely relaxation-based safe for work file with themes of drinking water and having your thoughts washed away. It involves a prop for safety purposes (a can which you will write the letter B on) so that the effect is limited to when that prop is used You'll need a can of soda or water as well as a marker/sharpie to write on the can.
