I'm so sorry that it seems more and more time goes by that I am posting. I am dealing with spinal stenosis (my spine is narrowing) and will be getting a spinal fusion done on Dec 18th. I also just tried to push myself too hard with walking recently and ended up hurting myself more. If you wonder why I have been slow to reply, that is why.
