A day of training with Mei is going well, and you had hoped that the two of you could go out and enjoy a dinner date together. But after getting off the elevator, the whole building suffers a sudden power surge, knocking the lights out and messing with the phone signals. As you leave the building via the emergency exit, you find the streets outside in chaos, and an unwanted problem that knows more about you then they should. It seems that dinner date is going to have to wait.
