Rewarding Finale (10m): After you’ve done everything you wanted to, this is the closeout session which gives you more edging and a nice send-off.

So what you do is listen to the induction to prep your mind, listen to the loop however many times you need as you go on about your tasks, and then end it with the finale.

There is a lot of edging, so be prepared! And I’m not always all that nice!
