It's designed in part to break up the monotony and effort of running with fun and surprises, and if you rob yourself of them, you make it less likely you'll succeed. And no one likes a cheat or a failure. You know me. You know you don't need to pre-listen. You know there's nothing harmful here. You know it is what I say it is. And it's really great. I really enjoyed putting this together; it was a lot of fun. I'm sure it will help you get fitter, I'm sure it'll make you feel better about yourself, and I'm sure you'll be happy to recommend afterwards. I'm not sure you'll comment here, because for some reason people tend not to do that unless I make it a command, and this isn't that sort of session. It's real. It's about making a real difference to your real life. And it's kinky AF.
