Day after day coming back to those words like a lovely melody you love having stuck in your head. This is a hucow themed breast growth file, designed to instill a mantra in the listener they can use for regular self-hypnosis. SUMMARY: The file begins with the listener being made to feel their thoughts being drained out of them as they have their breasts (referred to exclusively as udders) milked, while other hucows encourage them to go blank. From there, the listener praised for having pretty perfect udders by their fellow hucows, before being introduced to a mantra that all the other hucows love repeating mindlessly to grow their udders; “I love my udders! Day by day, they grow!”. The listener is instructed to repeat the mantra, imagining their udders growing, and to imagine small moments in the future where they notice that their udders are growing, and how wonderfully moo they will feel. The listener is encouraged to imagine what it would be like to repeat their mantra every day, and to imagine what it would be like to repeat their mantra whenever they feel like it. The file ends with the listener being told that future milkings can get even more enjoyable with milkier udders, before being praised and counted up. EFFECTS: The listener is given a mantra (“I love my udders! Day by day, they grow!”) that can put them into a mindless state when they repeat it to help grow their udders, all the while being encouraged to imagine their udders growing and looking forward to the slow process of them gradually growing. SAFETIES: The listener is reminded that cows are so good at being helpless against their conditioning in the way that feels best to them, when it feels best to them. The suggestions of udder growth encourage udder growth to the size that gives the listener the greatest moobliss, and that whatever size feels best to them is the perfect size.
