We really need to spend today’s hypnotherapy session working on this ‘getting worse’ thing. Why from the way you’re reacting, you’d think it was something to resist, instead of be proud of… This is an evil hypnotherapy file centered around encouraging the listener to ‘get worse’ - here meaning delighting in their own depravity and giving in more helplessly to what feels best to them. The file begins with a relaxation induction that makes use of teasing language, mild confusion, and feeling the hypnotist’s words pushing the listener’s mind back and forth, as well as building on associations from previous evil hypnotherapy files. The hypnotherapist praises the listener for ‘being so good’ and ‘doing such a good job of letting me help you’ before counting the listener down. From there, the listener is gaslit about having previously mentioned that they feel the heat rising on their face when they realize they’re getting worse, before the listener is encouraged to connect with and explore the feelings in their mind and body that come with the idea that they’re getting worse. The listener is encouraged to think about the ways in which they’re getting worse - both in delighting in new things and desiring deeper and more helplessly the things they do enjoy. The examples of pet play (going from being clicker trained to being walked on a leash in front of others) and being taken advantage of by their hypnotherapist (going from daydreaming about it to no longer bothering to hide how how they find it from their hypnotherapist) are used. From there, the listener is told that getting worse is a good thing; something to be proud of. The listener is told that they will continue to get worse, and the file climaxes with the listener being told to visualize their resistance to getting worse as a dam that breaks under the overpowering pleasure of giving in. After this, safety and subject agency is highlighted before a countup. EFFECTS: The listener is encouraged to ‘get worse’, meaning that they: A) realize they find new things pleasurable that they never would have considered, and B) enjoy, are more helpless against, and give in to the things that give them pleasure more. The actual sources of pleasure are not specified beyond “what feels good to you”, but petplay and evil hypnotherapy are given as examples. TRIGGERS USED “Don’t you remember?” - a memoryplay trigger from a previous file that replaces the memory of whatever was just said with a mesmerizing, hypnotic memory gap. SAFETIES: The listener’s subject agency is highlighted, with the reminder that it is easy to give in to the effects of this file linger in the way that feels best to them, for as long as feels best to them. The listener is reminded that it’s easy to be powerless against only the pleasures they want to be powerless against, and only for as long as they feel good.
