This file attempts to cause stream entry by turning you into the body ‘s zealous lover. It does this by turning off all the old self’s desires and fears and replacing it with a desire to only watch the body live its life by always forcing itself to only watch the feelings of the breath in the lower belly as the body lives its life for you. This state begins when the brain begins to assume all action and thought is happening without a you, and effortlessly auto labels it as such in waking consciousness (as opposed to the brain auto labeling all thought and action as being authored and done by a you (an-assumed-real-but-not-real-self)). In an animal mind that does not assume a permanent separate self, the body and mind function on their own without an observable you. If there is an intention to wake up, the subconscious will not bring itself back into trance. If there is an intention to go back into trance, then the count up will only barely wake awareness up, before the count down drops awareness into a state that is twice as deep, open, and completely suggestible.
