Start at 100 and count down 100 strokes. Rest 100 seconds. Start at 90 and count down 90 strokes. Rest 90 seconds. Start at 80 strokes ... and so on down to 10. Then ... stroke 10 times, rest 10 seconds. Stroke 9 times, rest 9 seconds, and so on.
The object is to finish on the final 1. You decide the pace, but count strokes, not just count down.
