I told my neighbors they were loud. Told them everyone on our floor can hear them. They blushed a bit and told me they'd try to keep it down. I replied that it wasn't bothering me, but I might record what I can hear and share it around. They said as long as there's no identifying information, that's fine with them. I think they were louder today just knowing the possibility was there.
