Fingers Touching Hypnosis
This is a hypnotic script design to induce a trance and encourage trance followed by a post hypnotic suggestion following the wakening to touch oneself and feel good. No permanent suggestions or triggers. Full script (with minor changes due to flow/misspeaking during recording): Thank you so much for joining me today. Today we're just going to use the wonderful sensations of your fingers touching each other to draw you down into a wonderful trance and encourage you to feel very good. To go ahead and get started, I want you to take a few moments and really get comfortable in your seat. Make sure you feel supported and you're in a nice position to go into this wonderful trance. You'll want to be able to able to clearly hear my voice and bring your hands together without being uncomfortable. To begin with I want you to bring your hands close together and starting with your pinky fingers, slowly bring your fingers together one at a time. And as you bring your fingers together I want you to really focus on the sensations you feel as your fingertips touch. It probably feels just a little tingly and kinda nice. And now that all of your fingers are touching, I want you to slowly pull them apart one at a time, starting with your thumbs. Feeling each finger as it slowly pulls apart from the other, that almost slight magnetic feel as they pull away. And once they are separated, I want you to slowly start putting them back together, just the way you did the first time, still so focused on those soft subtle sensations. And as they come together, take a moment to appreciate the soft feelings, your hands touching so lightly and then begin to slowly pull them apart. And once they're apart, I just want you to keep repeating this cycle. Slowly putting your fingers together and then slowly pulling them apart. That's very good. Just putting them together and taking them apart. And as you keep doing this, keep slowing moving your fingers together and apart, you may find yourself focused on counting how many fingers are together as the numbers goes up and down. Feeling yourself counting up as the fingers touch, going from 1 2 3 4 5 And the counting down as your fingers separate 4 3 2 1 0 its so easy to keep doing it You're probably finding it easy to focus on the counting, the wonderful way the numbers go up and down as you continue to touch and release your fingers. And as you keep touching your fingers together and drawing them apart, you may start to feel your body relaxing. That's totally fine. Relaxing is nice, and its very natural to relax when you're so focused on the sensation of your fingers, and that count as it goes up and down. you may start to feel that your mind is getting a little bit fuzzy as you count up and down, and that's wonderful as well. Being fuzzy is so nice and it just getting nicer the more you feel that way. Being fuzzy is a sign that you're doing a wonderful job focusing on the feelings in your fingers and the wonderful count as it goes up and down. And at this point you're probably feeling so fuzzy and that's wonderful. Feeling fuzzy is nice and easy and relaxing. And all those things probably make it easy to get even fuzzier. And as you feel fuzzy you may find that you need to start reminding yourself that you need to countdown when you reach 5, and that's totally fine. So whenever you hit 5, you should start just saying to yourself, Down. And that will remind your fuzzy brain that its time to start counting down. And you may have noticed that everytime you say Down, you're finding yourself sinking more into your seat, sinking more into that wonderful fuzziness. That's good. Sinking down is so easy and wonderful and it means you're doing a good job reminding yourself to go down. That's very good. And you may need to remind yourself that its good, and of course that's wonderful. In fact when you reach 0, I just want you to start saying "Good" before you start to count back up, to remind yourself that everything is good. And being reminded that everything is good may make you feel so good. That's perfectly normal Its good for good things to feel good, so you may find yourself feeling little waves of pleasure everytime you say good, your hips lifting up just a bit each time. Each time you say the word it probably feels just a little bit better, just a bit more pleasure running through you. But you don't care about that, you're just focused on your fingers and the numbers and the words. You're not focused on the wonderful feelings of pleasure that just continue to grow or the fuzziness filling your mind, you are just focused on the numbers and on my voice, guiding you as you focus on the numbers. And as the fuzziness grows and the pleasure grows, the two feelings are probably becoming intertwined, the fuzziness making the pleasure feel better, and the pleasure making you fuzzy. That's good. And now you're just going to keep doing that, keep counting up and down. And eventually you're so fuzzy that putting your fingers together doesn't really matter anymore. All you're doing is counting up and down as you let your hands rest. And as your hands rest, you can let your arms sink slowly, softly to your sides as your mind just focuses on the numbers and on my voice, slowly counting up and down, feeling pleasure and fuzzy, pleasure and fuzzy. And eventually even the numbers won't matter as much as you just let them go, and find yourself repeating Down, Good, Down, Good, Down, Good. Getting fuzzier and fuzzier with every repetition. Feeling better and better with every repetition Leaving nothing but the wonderful pleasure and wonderful blankness. And now that you're so wonderfully deep and fuzzy, even the word down fades from your mind, just repeating the word good over and over again as you listen to my voice. And at this point the feelings of pleasure have grown so strong that they would be overwhelming your mind if you were thinking of them, if you weren't just so focused on my voice, so focused on listening even as you mindlessly repeat the word Good over and over, not even noticing your hips and body pulsing everytime you say the word. That's very good. And now that you're feeling so good and so deep in my voice, you don't even need the word good anymore. It fades but the wonderful pulses of pleasure continue, over and over in your mind. That's very good, feeling so wonderful and so so good. And as you sit there feeling so good, you may start to feel the urge to use your arms, limp at your sides to play with yourself, but you arms are still so limp so relaxed as your body continue to pulse with pleasure. And in a moment I'm going to bring you out of this deep wonderful fuzziness. As I do you're going to feel this wonderful feeling of pleasure and relaxation come with you. And when I bring you fully back to wakefullness I'm going to instruct you to touch and when I do you're going to feel the deep urge to play with yourself as your arm becomes so free. And as you touch and lose yourself to pleasure your body will feel so wonderful. And whenever you'd like to stop playing you'll find yourself carrying this wonderful feeling of pleasure and relaxation with your forward as you move back out into the world. Now I'm going to count down from 5. As I do feeling yourself rise up and up out of this wonderful trance, carrying this pleasure with you. And when I reach 0 feeling so wide awake, so ready to be granted permission and power to touch and feel so wonderful. 5 4 beginning to wake up 3 2 strength returning to body and feeling more awake 1 0 Wide awake! You did such a good job, go ahead and touch yourself and enjoy the wonderful feelings you're going to feel.
