(I’m unsure if extensive discussion of death will actually be a comfort to those who struggle with anxiety ((lmao)), but I do know that *not* talking about your fears doesn’t make them go away. Everybody needs a place to air out the things that are hard to discuss. Its my hope that this audio brings even a little help to those who find themselves worrying about the end of their lives more than they would like to.) I do my best to keep it light, though!
