Being very scientific about things, initial testing indicated that my one-set maximum for push-ups is 35, so we ruled out doing 50 in one go. It's been a long time since I specifically trained push-ups, ok?
Further testing indicated that I am very bad at doing three things at once, those things being doing a push-up, saying good girl, and counting. So the goal was 50 (5 sets of 10), but I think we landed around 58. Who wants to be my lab assistant and give me an accurate count?
