and watching as the mouse explores and slowly transforming into a mouse and then spending some time in the mouses home and then waking up im going to be starting shortly im going to be providing a few instructions and then so

following along like you will be following along with the mouse
so first lets do a little bit of counting down induction
as i count down from 10 to 1 you will enter a more hypnotic state and as i reach one you will become ready to take on ideas information thoughts visual ideas. any kind of suggestion that is appropriate for you

so i'd like you to visual and any other forms of imagination i'd like you to apply to
an environment where you are outdoors and you have chanced upon a mouse
this mouse doesn't run away it notices you and you think
is this mouse trying to tell me something
the mouse is moving around in just such a way
almost like it's waving at you and you think
how can a mouse be waving at me it must not be waving but i feel waved at i feel
called to the mouses attention
the mouse rustles around some grass as if to show you
that it can rustle around the grass
as if to show you moving the grass moves the dirt but doesn't break the dirt
but moving the grass repeatedly does break the dirt
the mouse begins to walk away
but away as in with
because as the mouse walks away you are
you feel the suggestion to follow the mouse
maybe the mouse wants to teach you something
and as the mouse continues walking crawling hopping frolicking
you follow the mouse
it first navigates the two of you to a log
a log the mouse can get underneath of press itself against
and get comfortable stretch
and as the mouse gets comfortable and stretches
it becomes easy for you to get comfortable and stretch and
feel as though you were relaxing against that log
as though you could be under that log
next you and the mouse are able to relax by the log
for some amount of time
relaxing
feeling your muscles feel that good feeling
that very very good feeling
the spinal structure of a mouse
is such a comfortable thing to move around
it has a little fluffball to support
and it even has a tail to help balance it
it can be a very relaxed spine
it can be on a very relaxed mouse
next the mouse looks over as if to communicate that
the time for the log is coming to an end
and the mouse
leads you further now the mouse seeming bigger
perhaps you seeming smaller
and now the mouse leads you further into some
sort of underbrush
you could maybe get down on your hands and knees and crawl through it
but today
its very easy to go underneath this underbrush and see all the sights that there are to see
and all the shadows that shine differently when you're looking at them up close
when you're not casting so much of your own shadow
and when you have a friendly little mouse exploring with you
except
the mouse that you're with isn't exploring for the first time like you might be
the mouse is showing you one of its favorite places
and this is one of its favorite places that you're ready to see now
and in a little dome almost that you'd never see from looking above
you'd have to be climbing trees and swinging from branches to look from above anyway
but in a little dome
underneath the brush as you look up
the bottom of this dome you can see it
and it is about high enough for you to have sat down beneath before
but now it's high enough to look up at in wonderment
it's so high up there
and realizing that the mouse you're with could climb all the way to the top
the mouse you're with has experience with that kind of thing
climbing such environments
and the mouse does climb up a little bit
it invites you up as well and sit on the thorny plant as if it were a hammock
having little fear of being poked just by the nature of how lightweight a mouse can be
of how much fluff there is to protect a mouse
just high enough off the ground to look down on it
nothing scary
the hammock of the brush
the two of you can relax up there as you learn more and more about being a mouse
and as you lay down in that different kind of laying down
relaxing on your stomach
able to turn your head so easy to take in sights you want
all the sights of the thorn dome that you find yourself in
this is a wonderful place to rest ones eyes
this is a wonderful place to remember
this is such a beautiful place to look down at the grass
only enough grass to grow in such low light
things along the ground
so much dirt
such dry dirt
comfortable dirt that was comfortable to walk on
dry in appearance but
able to take in moisture for a rainfall that will be gentler
because of the softening that will be provided by the brush
brush is a very adequate word for this kind of thing
because with the brush of your mind
with the paintbrush of your vision
you can see anything you like here
anything that would make sense here
other little animals little birds little bugs
little bugs some of which look so much bigger than a bug has ever looked
some of which you wouldn't even notice unless you were as small as a mouse
and they're so pleasant to look at
to see crawling around
to know that they are like pets to you
pets that don't have to be kept
that don't run away
that don't need to be remembered
they just take care of themselves
really is a cozy place and
there is so much
it's a good time to just visualize as you please
see and hear things as you please
smell if you will
it's a good place for a mouse and
such a lovely place
such a great place you've helped create
with your hypnotic ability of painting in your own mind
of illustrating of illuminating of imagination
hopefully this place can stay
and hopefully this will be a place of comfort for you any time that you wish to remember it
but for now let's begin to allow ourselves to say goodbye to being in this place but having the ability to go back here as we please
so with a gesture such that the mouse that you are with feels comfortable sharing
and one which you feel comfortable receiving the mouse says goodbye for now
and you feel thankful to the mouse for its guidance
and you can be breathing in
you can be accepting that it's time
to being with our counting back to
our farewell to any transformed mousehood we achieved today
and now aware of the ability to leave any effects behind from this trance that don't serve you, and able to return with only what you want from this experience
returning to our nonhypnotic waking as it were state
6 knowing that it will be safe to say goodbye to these things
that they're only turning into memories. memories that will be just as easy for us to if we please through hypnosis through self hypnosis if we choose. through listening to this file again if we choose
5 feeling our higher body bigger body in ways that we may have lost touch with temporarily
4 feeling the things that our body is touching including anything we might be sitting resting lying on, encased within such as the air in the room

2 fully gaining the capability to think any of the thoughts that may have been difficult to think before. any of the feelings that may have been difficult to feel before. any of the muscle movements that may have been difficult to do before such as opening our eyes become more and more easy more and more available to us and
